Consti here coming to you from the Bunker medical facility where I’m recovering from another giggle attack. The fine doctors at the facility have warned me not to laugh anymore today at the comments being posted. Regardless of their concerns I can’t help but giggle at the news today regarding the race war being carried out against our country by the very people sworn to protect it. Let me show you what you won’t see in the MSM and let you draw for yourself the conclusions that are obvious to many.
Let’s start with a little history. Over the last 18 months racism has been used (disgustingly I might add) as a political tool by many on the left. Here is a small sample of some of the more telling examples.
From CNN’s Jack Cafferty: Referring to the election: “McCain is a part of Washington and a part of the Bush legacy. Yet the polls remain close. Doesn’t make sense…unless it’s race.”
Gov. David Paterson: Paterson sees the repeated use of the words “community organizer” as Republican code for “black”.
Harry Reid: “[Franklin] Raines, who you’re talking about, worked for Fannie Mae, was there for a while. The only connection that people could bring up about Raines and Barack Obama is they both are African-American, other than that there is nothing.” Don’t forget Reid Himself remarked of Obama: “He [Reid] was wowed by Obama’s oratorical gifts and believed that the country was ready to embrace a black presidential candidate, especially one such as Obama — a ‘light-skinned’ African American ‘with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one,’ For which BOTH Michelle and B.H.O. “forgave” the good ol’ boy.
Frank Rich (NY Times): “The conjunction of a black President and a female speaker of the House — topped off by a wise Latina on the Supreme Court and a powerful gay congressional committee chairman — would sow fears of disenfranchisement among a dwindling and threatened minority in the country no matter what policies were in play.”
Sen. Kevin Parker: “These long-term, white supremacist, you know, Republican senators,” he said.
President Obama: First we had the President of the U.S. injecting race into the arrest by Cambridge cops of his professor friend. Which a recent investigation cleared the officer of the charge of racisms. Has he received and apology? The answer is no. We have him saying this about Israeli citizens: “some of it may just be the fact that my middle name is Hussein, and that creates suspicion.”
I haven’t EVEN touched on the usual suspects like Rangel, Jessie Jackson, and Al “anti-Semite” Sharpton. I could go on and on and on but I have a word limit. (I welcome you to post more examples in the comments below.)
Then there is the moron from the New Black Panther movement. You remember this guy from the 2008 elections outside a Philadelphia polling place intimidating the poll workers and people coming to vote. (Which is a federal crime but I will come to that in a moment.)
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mN67KJdd6Mw&playnext_from=TL&videos=T67vUtYKq4w
Here’s a short 18 minute history of the movement.
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmrDIFWd6cM&playnext_from=TL&videos=rHG4glBdTj4
The head of this movement even PRAISED Osama Bin Laden just months after the 9/11 attacks. Don’t believe me? Watch the video below It starts 12 seconds into the clip.
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t9DcvRAHLVs&feature=player_embedded
And of course there were the same claims of voter intimidation that Hillary Clinton tried to make the DNC aware of during her primary run against Obama in ‘08.
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ccbd4DbpS4c
The DOJ WON a slam dunk case against the defendants, yet prosecutors at the DOJ were told to drop the case. Now we have a whistle blower coming forward asserting that the prosecutors at the DOJ were told that NO cases will be pursued against black defendants. Let me repeat that for you NO CASES WILL BE PURSUED AGAINST BLACK DEFENDANTS!
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We-tclzicYo
Is not the DOJ supposed to be color blind in the application of the law? Now we have reports that Eric Holder will seek to further prosecute Officer Johannes Mehserle who has already been convicted in Oakland CA. Why? The man has already been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced? The answer… Mehserle is WHITE.
Never mind that the DOJ refuses to cleanse the voter rolls of Illegal aliens, the dead, and felons ineligible to vote by checking citizenship status. Previously approved by two federal courts when it was found there were MORE voters on the roll than there were citizens in the town!! Remember Eric holder, Obama, Napolitano, and several others didn’t EVEN READ Arizona’s immigration law before declaring it racist.
“Now Consti we know that only WHITES are racist!” Really? Yes there are some that are. So few in fact compared to the population as a whole that it’s laughable at best. IF that is the case then how come a MAJORITY WHITE country elected a black man as President? However I challenge you to find me ANY example of a conservative making racial statement in the last 18 months. In fact “Allen West, the Republican challenging Rep. Ron Klein (D) in Florida’s 22nd congressional district, sharply criticized the Obama administration for having declined prosecuting the New Black Panther Party on voter tampering charges allegedly for political reasons.” “For an Administration that promised a new era in race relations, Obama and the Democrats in Congress have demonstrated that race will continually be exploited for political gain,” West is quoted as saying.
The news and infiltrating groups (SEIU) try to stir up the image of a racist tea-party movement while neglecting to mention that many members are black! However altered photos of a gun toting citizen in Phoenix were used to claim the party was violent. That gun toting citizen was black! That news organization was called out for its photoshoped picture yet never apologized for misleading the public. (Imagine that!)
Now ask yourselves this question: Do you see a pattern here? Or do you simply believe this is coincidence? Shouldn’t Eric Holder be brought before congress to explain why he let OBVIOUS law breakers interfere with the constitutional rights of voters? Arguably our most sacred right and duty as a citizen? Isn’t Holder SWORN to uphold the laws of the United States and DEFEND the constitution? Since they let Latinos vote 6 times in a small N.Y. town isn’t it time to say quit messing with elections? ONE PERSON ONE VOTE!
More telling is Obama’s silence on this matter at the DOJ.
Consti.
P.S. President Obama: “We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set, We’ve gotta have a CIVILIAN national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.” Sounds like militant Black Panther speak to me…

HEY DOUGH BOY!!!!
No link to obama eh????
“Shabazz’s namesake was among the 110 names and 481 visits released by the White House on Friday as part of the Obama administration’s so-called volunteer disclosure policy. The names were just a fraction of the hundreds of thousands of visitors who have gone through the White House’s doors since January. ” “Malik Zulu Shabazz, national chairman of the radical New Black Panther Party, refused to confirm or deny to WND whether he visited the White House since President Obama took office, despite his name appearing on a recent administration disclosure.

What a moron!! And these are supposed to be the people representing US!!! Isn’t this morons comments like Holder, Napalitano, and others saying the “didn’t read sb1070″ but still calling the law racist?
And of course according to Obama EVERYONE is a racist!! Doesn’t matter that Al Quaide killed MULTIPLE races in 9/11 he only calls them out when they kill Africans!!
“In an interview earlier today with the South African Broadcasting Corporation to air in a few hours, President Obama disparaged al Qaeda and affiliated groups’ willingness to kill Africans in a manner that White House aides say was an argument that the terrorist groups are racist.”

Dough Boy,
Are you really that stupid? Eric Holder’s DOJ dropped the case after the election. And only ONE of the memebers was given any type of repremand. His punishment? He can’t go to a Philly polling place with a billy club! Ohhh… scary punishment. Besides moron you miss the bigger picture as usual… there are SEVERAL examples of RACISM comming not only from current Democrats but a SLEW of them from the past as well! (Some more examples below.) The BIG PICTURE is that those who are crying racism are themselves racist! As you like to point out that is HYPOCRACY! But I am sure you don’t care since they play for your team. The pattern is there, live it love it learn it! And when the complicit MSM FAILS to report the news then yes I will use Fox News as a source. Again you fail to even realise that NOT ALL OF THE LINKS IN THIS ARTICLE COME FROM FOX!! Is that ALL you have terrorist? Because it’s really nothing compaired TO THE BIG PICTURE!
William Jefferson Clinton said of Barak Hussein Obama this; “former President Bill Clinton said the Obama campaign was “feeding” the news media to keep issues of race alive.” Billy boy also said this; “a few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee,”
“Some Americans have not gotten over the fact that Obama is president of the United States. They go to sleep wondering, ‘how did this happen?” or
“Make certain he doesn’t run around East Harlem unidentified.”

“Policy, for the most part, has been made by white people in America, not by people of color. And they have tended to take care of those things that they think are important. Whether it’s their agricultural subsidies, or other kinds of expenditures that are certainly not expenditures for poor people or for people of color. And so we have to band together and keep fighting back.”
Maxine Waters
Either you condem the acts of the Black panthers calling for the murder of white babies or you don’t… and we all know how you feel about violence.
It’s called the First Amendment. As distasteful as it is, he is allowed to say whatever he wants. The only exceptions are speech that creates a direct and immediate threat of injury or death to those around him (shouting fire in a crowded theater) or advocating such violence and giving direct instructions to the crowd about where to find white babies and to kill them now, resulting in direct injury or death of others (speech that incites) Since none of those things happened, yeah what he said is disgusting, the same as the American Nazi party holding a rally in a town populated with many Holocaust survivors. Both of them make you feel like you need a shower, but the First Amendment is more valuable than hurt feelings and offended sensibilities.

These stories provide a very clear explanation about why this case was dropped. You can read the fine details. Basically, on January 7, 2010 before Obama and his people took office it was decided that there was not enough evidence to proceed with a criminal case and filed Civil charges. In May 2009 after Obama took office there was on injunction filed against the man seen holding the club outside the polling place.
The reason charges were dropped against the other was based on the section of the law the civil charges were filed under. That section of the law has to do with large scale plan voter intimidation. No voters in Philadelphia or elsewhere have come forward to claim they were intimidated by NBPP members at polling places, and aside from the one polling location in Philadelphia no evidence has surfaced of NBPP members at any other polling locations. In fact once the tape from Philadelphia was made public the NBPP denounced the actions of its members and suspended the chapter in Philadelphia, making a finding of large scale conspiracy impossible. The decision not to proceed was made by career attorneys in the voting section, not by political appointees.
It’s also worth noting, that the claims that lawyers were instructed not to bring cases against minority defendants was made by lawyers whom have ties to strong conservative or Republican groups, people with a vested interest in a party change that would give them access to appointment to higher offices within the DOJ.
Hahaha!!! That’s funny. You quote BLOGS as facts as you accused me of doing several times.
THEY NEVER HEARD THE WITNESSES IN THE CASE retard. PEOPLE DID COME FORWARD INCLUDING THE POLL MANAGER FOR THAT LOCATION!! Know your facts! (And you are a teacher? Jeesh!) While I agree with you that it’s his first ammendment rights to spew hate as you do yourself i still don’t hear ANTHING COMMING FROM THIS ADMINISTRATION CONDEMING THIS GROUP!!!! And I’m not suprised you take the Alynski tactic of attacking the whistleblower. PROVE he has those contacts to Republican groups and I MIGHT believe you. Until then you are doing nothing but making an accusation to distract from the FACT that the DOJ DROPPED A SLAM DUNK CASE…
Then Barack Obama was sworn in as president, and appointed Eric Holder attorney general. (Holder, who then promptly called America a nation of cowards on issues of race.) The new political appointee heading DOJ’s Civil Rights Division, Thomas Perez, hand-picked by Attorney General Holder and President Obama, dropped the case against the Black Panthers during the sentencing phase. That is a FACT you don’t like to mention. If you use racial slurs and talk about killing babies because of their skin color, then you’re a racist.
Oh and BTW moron if there was no evidence WHY DID THE COURT FIND THEM GUILTY AND REPREMAND ONE OF THEM? You see a Republican in every instance of THIS ADMINISTRATIONS FALIURES…. excuses, excuses, excuses. And nothing but failure.
The civil case was by no means a slam dunk. The section that the NBPP members were charged under is section 11b. It pertains to large scale organized voter intimidation. No witnesses to evidence could be found to show NBPP members at other polling place. One instance cannot by definition make for large scale organized intimidation. Going to trial under these circumstances would have resulted in an acquittal. Of the two men at the polling place, one, the one who didn’t have the club was holding a valid poll watchers credential entitling him to be there. The other was cited for having the club and received a civil judgment against him for not answering the case.
Of the attorneys whose names appear on the complaint against NBPP.
J. Christian Adams worked for the National Republican lawyers Assoc.
http://www.mainjustice.com/2009/12/23/the-black-panther-case-a-legacy-of-politicized-hiring/
Grace Chung Becker who backed a law in Georgia that would have charged people for an ID they would need in order to vote (a poll tax) and also backed an ID Law in Indiana that would have disenfranchised minority voters. The law would however have made the election of Republicans easier.
http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/17/opinion/17mon3.html?_r=1&ref=opinion
Robert Popper before joining the DOJ, worked on a case to delay an election in a New York Congressional District claiming racial Gerrymandering. The District was 48% Hispanic and 30% white. Part of Mr. Popper’s job would be to protect minority voting rights, not disenfranchise them.
http://www.nytimes.com/1996/07/02/nyregion/hispanic-district-s-makeup-is-challenged.html?n=Top%2fReference%2fTimes%20Topics%2fOrganizations%2fS%2fSupreme%20Court
Christopher Coats began his career working with the ACLU, but became more conservative after being passed up for promotions at the DOJ. He became so conservative that, in the politicized environment at DOJ, he was recommended for a position as an Immigration Judge. The recommending officer said that the White House should over look his early work with the ACLU, he was a true member of the team.
http://www.prospect.org/cs/articles?article=the_battle_for_voting_rights
Each of these attorneys has past experience in keeping minorities from voting and had a vested interest in making sure Republican administrations were in place to advance their careers.
You can try to make this into a conspiracy all you want, but it’s not. The criminal charges were dropped BEFORE Obama took office. A civil judgment was entered against one defendant because he did not respond to the civil case. The case against the other was dropped because the evidence did not support the charges based on the part of the law they were charged under. The whistleblowers, all Republican appointees have a vested interest in embarrassing the Obama administration an helping a Republican get elected to further their career.
Dough boy,
“No witnesses to evidence could be found to show NBPP members at other polling place.”
You obviously don’t have your facts straight. There were at LEAST two witnesses. The poll manager who said he was intimidated by Shabamalangadingding being over his shoulder all day, AND the voter who INITIALLY CALLED THE POLICE SINCE HE WAS BEING PREVENTED FROM EVEN ENTERING THE POLLING PLACE!! (would you like me to get a copy of the police report for you moron?) Add to that the claims by Hillary Clinton during the primaries OF THE SAME THING!! (which you fail to mention.) And yes there IS a pattern. I’m not surprised you are miss-informed since THER HAS BEEN NO COVERAGE OF THIS IN THE MSM.
The civil case WAS A SLAM DUNK SINCE THE DEFENDANDTS DIDN’T EVEN SHOW UP IN COURT. And if it wasn’t such a slam dunk then why did the DOJ downgrade the initial penalties from NOT BEING ABLE TO APPEAR AT ANY POLLING PLACE to simply no polling place in Philly?
“The criminal charges were dropped BEFORE Obama took office.”
Don’t lie since it was AN OBAMA APPOINTEE who had the DOJ drop the charges!! How could they have done that BEFORE “the one” took office! I know you are thick skulled so I will repeat that
It was AN OBAMA APPOINTEE who had the DOJ drop the charges!! How could they have done that BEFORE “the one” took office!
And while we are at it WHY don’t you address ANY of the OTHER examples of racism I point out comming from the Demorats? What about Harry “palms” Ried’s comments or Billy “good ol’ boy” Clinton’s in reference to Obama? What about OBAMA’S racist remark in regards to Israel about his middle name being a muslim name and causing distrust? You don’t answer those because they don’t fit your narrative and you miss the big picture here… what is that big picture you might ask? THAT THIS ARTICLE IS ABOUT MORE THAN JUST THE NEW BLACK PANTHERS!!! Nice try by focusing on JUST that, but I have provided you MANY examples of racist comments comming from YOUR party. Don’t they teach you teachers anything??? No wonder Chicago is in such bad shape!
Where do you get your talking points the DNCC?
For the rest of us…
Despite our little Dough Boy here trying to warp the facts in this case which are WELL KNOWN! What about the DOJ refusing to clear the voter rolls in a town where there ARE MORE VOTERS THAN THERE IS A POPULATION? What about Al Frankin LOSING his election by a margin of approximately 40 votes since it was found that ineligible FELONS were voting for him? Now we are stuck with Steuart Smalley for 6 YEARS because they couldn’t count the damned votes right in the first place!!! http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/07/12/felons-voting-illegally-franken-minnesota-study-finds/
>crickets chirping<
Expect to see more of this in November.
Just one little problem with your little theory complements of Fox News about the New Black Panthers. According to Thomas Perez the head of the DOJ Civil Rights Division said, it was found that the actions of the New Black Panthers on election day 2008 constituted no violation of the criminal statute. The Division did file Civil charges against 4 members of the party seeking an injunction to stop those actions in the future. All of this happened January 7, 2009 almost 2 weeks before Barack Obama became President and a month before Eric Holder was confirmed by the senate. The Assistant Deputy Atty. General that supposedly directed no charged were to be brought against African American or other minority groups, wasn’t confirmed until June, more than 5 months after the criminal complaint was dropped.
NONE OF THE PEOPLE YOU BLAME FOR THIS WERE IN OFFICE WHEN THE CASE WAS DROPPED!!!
I agree with every word.
Remember this blast from the past….
“ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — They’ve been called Oreos, traitors and Uncle Toms, and are used to having to defend their values. Now black conservatives are really taking heat for their involvement in the mostly white tea party movement—and for having the audacity to oppose the policies of the nation’s first black president.”
We need to see more of this and less of the orchistrated hate comming from the left…
