The Rule of Law is Dead (Part 2)

Greetings and welcome back for part 2 of this article! Consti here still in the Bunker law library researching illegal behavior.  Now I know what a lot of you might be thinking. “Now Consti you have no proof this is only supposition on your part!’ And you might be right. However the stonewalling by this administration and the Attorney General Eric Holder in particular beg that these questions be asked.

If there was no wrong doing in the Sestak/Romanoff job offers then why does the WH refuse to release the documents that would exonerate them? The WH investigated itself and determined that there was no wrong doing. That’s like the flock of sheep asking the wolves to investigate a missing lamb. Only to have the wolves come back and say: “We looked for your friend > BURP! < and couldn’t find any evidence of him in the wolf den.” To which the sheep rightly say: “Mind if we take a look?” When the wolves say no one has to wonder why. Perception is reality as the Buddhist teach us, and if the perception is that the wolves have something to hide then it must be real.

And while we are on the subject of Eric Holder why did the Attorney General dismiss charges against the Black Panthers when they were found GUILTY in a slam dunk by a lower court? Don’t you think that should be looked into by congress? Shouldn’t there be a REALLY good reason by the Attorney General of the United States for NOT prosecuting to the FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW people who violated voter intimidation laws? Holder overruled his own lawyers in the Justice Department over the issue of D.C. voting rights (which he and President Obama support) and refused to make public the staffers’ opinion that a House bill on the matter was unconstitutional. Yet Holder is in Afghanistan this week lecturing their government about corruption? Seriously?  Want a giggle? Watch the video below.

Now there is news about “the most transparent administration in history” holding meetings with lobbyists at Starbucks so they can get around the WH visitor logs as they are REQUIRED by law to maintain. This way the administration doesn’t have to appear as if it’s pandering to the lobby crowd they derided the Republicans for getting so cozy with. I hope the K Street gang is at least getting their lattes paid for by the administration.  Remember Al Gore got in trouble for making donation calls from the WH? Guess they learned from his mistake. “On Monday good-government group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) asked a House committee to look into whether the Obama White House violated federal laws regarding electronic records by using private email accounts to communicate with lobbyists and meeting with lobbyists outside the White House.”

How about secret talks behind the backs of Americans with Hamas so as not to rouse the Jewish lobby? Isn’t it illegal to offer aid to a terrorist group?

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for years fought disclosure of massive donations from foreign governments and corporations who filled her husband’s library and foundation coffers.

Top Obama advisor David Axelrod ran fear-mongering astro-turf campaigns in support of a huge utility rate hike – and failed to disclose that the ads were funded by Commonwealth Edison in Chicago.

What about misrepresenting the experts in the BP oil spill as calling for a moratorium on drilling? It took a federal judge to show that the administration had LIED about their final opinion. Thus over turning the moratorium as frivolous.

Labor Secretary Hilda Solis failed to disclose that she was director and treasurer of a union-promoting lobbying group pushing legislation that she was co-sponsoring. Here’s Andy “beat them now” Stern calling for immediate confirmation of her.

Obama’s nominee for the No. 2 official at the Department of Housing and Urban Development, former King County, Wash. Executive Ron Sims, has the distinction of being the most fined government official in his state’s history for suppressing public records from taxpayers.

Eco-czar Carol Browner warned auto industry execs to “put nothing in writing…ever.”

“That is still not PROOF of illegal behavior Consti! You are just racking muck!” And my answer is poppycock. The truth will start come out with BLAGGO. Despite the judge in the case trying to shield Obama from harm by demonizing the defense attorneys.  If you fail to see the patterns of the last 18 months then really I can’t help you. The Kool-Aid is too saturated in your system.

Whether or not the law has been broken has yet to be determined beyond a shadow of a doubt. However with “the most transparent administration in history” doing everything in their power to obfuscate the truth the only way we will ever find out will be after November. When the Republicans find themselves in the position to start hearings on all these inconsistencies then maybe we will get the truth. Until then the wolves are leading the investigation into the sheep’s disappearance, and the rest of us in the flock just have to keep digging.
