Greetings! Consti here coming to you from the Bunker Medical facility’s psych ward were I have instructed the staff to prepare a nice padded cell and crisp clean straight jacket for attorney General Eric “never read the law” Holder. Since Mr. Holder is showing signs of insanity I wanted to make sure he has the utmost best of care for his social justice condition.

Now why am I claiming that our U.S. Attorney General has gone insane and the inmates are running the asylum? Well simply put because we had this come from their office yesterday;

“There is a big difference between a state or locality saying they are not going to use their resources to enforce a federal law, as so-called sanctuary cities have done, and a state passing its own immigration policy that actively interferes with federal law,” Tracy Schmaler, a spokeswoman for Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr., told The Washington Times. “That’s what Arizona did in this case.”

So in other words the Obama administration has said it will not prosecute sanctuary cities for breaking the law, but it will go after the State of Arizona for enforcing the federal law by passing SB1070. I’ll give you a moment for that to sink in. For those on the left who drank the kool-aid I will repeat that.

THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WILL REWARD CITIES THAT BREAK THE LAW WITH YOUR FEDERAL TAX DOLLARS BUT PUNISH THE STATES THAT WANT TO ENFORCE THE FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW!!

Specifically U.S. Code Title 8 Chapter 12 Subchapter II Part VIII Section 1324 of the federal law which the Arizona bill MIRRORS! That’s right SB1070 is basically a cut-n-paste of the federal law with the addition of protections against racial profiling. Despite the lies that are being spread by the likes of the NAACP and the usual race baiters.

Now I wouldn’t expect Eric Holder to understand this since he and Janet Napolitano among others (Including “the one”) HAVE NOT READ THE LAW BY THEIR OWN ADMISSION!! And if it is as racist as they claim then why when they filed suit against the State wasn’t that claim made? They filed suit based on the premise that SB1070 infringes on the federal government’s authority to enact immigration policy. (Read as amnesty.) Even the author of the 1996 federal immigration law that requires states and localities to cooperate with federal authorities on immigration laws thinks the administration is misreading the statute and that sanctuary cities are in violation of federal law.

“For the Justice Department to suggest that they won’t take action against those who passively violate the law who fail to comply with the law is absurd,” said Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, chief author of the 1996 immigration law. “Will they ignore individuals who fail to pay taxes? Will they ignore banking laws that require disclosure of transactions over $10,000? Of course not.”

But Holder went a step further in stating that he MAY bring further charges of racism once the law goes into effect (July 29^th) and they can find an example of racial profiling that actually happens. Never mind that the DOJ dropped the case against the Black Panther Party for voter intimidation for racial reasons. Never mind that they are looking at further prosecuting the Officer involved in the Oakland shooting who is white. (Who by the way has already been found guilty and sentenced.) Never mind that the Labor Secretary herself is condoning breaking the law in relation to her assertion that ever worker here legally or illegally has a RIGHT to a fare wage? How about her quote to a Latino voter rally a few years ago; “We are all Americans, whether you are legalized or not.”

Every elected official takes an oath to defend and uphold the constitution and the laws of this country. Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Obama, and the rest are derelict in their duty to ENFORCE THE LAWS OF THIS COUNTRY! Period! Even the director of ICE John Morton has come out and said that states don’t have the right (14^th amendment) to infringe on federal jurisdiction.

Yes my fellow Americans the inmates are running the asylum called the United States of America. However there is “hope” for real “change” as 9 states are backing the Arizona bill in a legal brief, and several others are considering their own similar legislation.

“Arizona, Michigan and every other state have the authority to enforce immigration laws, and it is appalling to see President Obama use taxpayer dollars to stop a state’s efforts to protect its own borders,” Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox said in the brief.

Isn’t it about time that Eric Holder is brought before congress and forced to explain the insanity that is todays DOJ? Never since Janet Reno’s mishandling of Waco and Ruby Ridge have I seen a more inept and incompetent Attorney General of this great country. Isn’t it about time that this administration is impeached for waging a social war against the citizens of this country?

I wrote a two piece article about the rule of law being dead (here and here) I never thought I would have to write ANOTHER piece about an administration that HATES the people that put it in power. Who denigrates law abiding citizens and coddles those who would break the law. Never in my adult life have I been so ashamed of my government.
