Please allow me a moment in the land of conspiracy theory to connect a few, seemingly unrelated, bits of information.
Bit #1: I tend to pay attention when I hear political operatives speculate on the kinds of things that will help a politician or group of politicians be successful in their ascendancy to or hold on power. That’s why, when I read the words of Robert Shapiro, a Democratic Strategist, I got a bit nervous. In an interview with the Financial Times of London, and deep in the article, Mr. Shapiro said about what the President can do to stem losses this November,
The bottom line here is that Americans don’t believe in President Obama’s leadership. He has to find some way between now and November of demonstrating that he is a leader who can command confidence and, short of a 9/11 event or an Oklahoma City bombing, I can’t think of how he could do that. [Highlights are mine]
With all the “intercontinental-thermo-nuclear-ballistic-missle” rattling going on over the Iranian nuclear program, I can’t help but wonder if there might be a future clash either directly with Iran or, perhaps, between Iran and Israel.
Paying attention to Mr. Shapiro’s words would suggest that just such a clash would be most likely to occur in October.
Bit #2: All indications are that the stock market is due for a dramatic “correction” in the near future. Logically, that correction should have already occurred.
Bit #3: We learned in May that some things that occur in the world of high finance are not predictable or logical. How the stock market could drop 1,000 points in the matter of seconds is still a matter of debate and discussion among those that make their living in the markets.
Now for my insightful, conspiracy-inspired warning and prediction:
Should the stock market experience an illogical and dramatic “correction” in the September/October time frame, I believe the chances of a “hot” incident with Iran becomes far more likely. After all, those in power have a tendency to want to remain in power, and as Mr. Shapiro indicated, ‘short of a 9/11 event or an Oklahoma City bombing….”
And as is often the case, “hot” incidents have a way of spreading like wildfire.
To my friends that have knowledge of illogical market events, please be careful.
As George Orwell noted in his dystopian novel 1984, “The proles, normally apathetic about the war, were being lashed into one of their periodical frenzies of patriotism.”

What comprises a conspiracy are 3 things:
(1) Two or more people working together in concert;
(2) Secret;
(3) Evil.
We all know this recipe NEVER exists anywhere, PARTICULARLY in our own government. American bureaucracy is TOTALLY immune to such antics and you should really be ashamed of yourself for even suggesting it.
Whenever something bad happens to the American people, we MUST accept the government’s version of the facts since there is simply NO OTHER explanation of any kind that would remotely resemble reality or possibility.

Afghanistan – Recently it’s reported that there will be a change in strategy and through the proxy of Harmed Karzai we will be negotiation with the Taliban.

You’ve got the head of NASA saying his prime directive from the WH was an outreach to Muslims. Which the lying mouthpiece called Gibbs no denies.

There was also a story and I can’t find the link at the moment about The WH in secrete talks with Hamas which I am sure you know is funded by Iran. And then there is the President himself during the election and after saying that he would negotiate in good faith DIRECTLY with Iran.
Lastly Obama speaks of his Muslim upbringing. And aside from the whack jobs that strap on a vest and kill their own people Muslim on Muslim violence is not allowed by the Koran.
All this shows me personally a pattern and I don’t think good ol’ Barry’s got it in him to press the button. I could be wrong but I seriously doubt it.

Very insightful. Regarding this subject, I ask myself, “How far will the current crop of those in power go to secure control?”
Hint: They feel “called” to re-make this country, fast, before “We the People” know what’s hit us. Right now I presume their saying, “If we only could hold control for two more years”.
I don’t ascribe good intentions to them by the way, *see “The Systematic destruction of the middle class at OutRageToday.com, to view stats of what’s happened since Obama started fixing things.
A “very reputable” intelligence org call “Stratfor.Com” is echoing a kinda similar watch, especially since The Saudi’s re-leaked the protest against the rumor they will allow a fly over. A sure sign they want Iran hit and soon.
With Obama seeing any oil shortage as an opportunity to funnel government money (and associated control) to the “Green Fuel” corporations, I fear he may act unpredictably.
If Obama wants the glory, and only allows Israel to do mitigating damage to Iran instead of outright defeat, it will make itself a tempting target for retaliation from Syria and Hezbollah, which you rightly noted could lead to a field fire not easily controlled.
If Obama get’s stupid or greedy (I believe him to be both), we could easily see Damascus under a nuclear cloud. The possibilities make my skin crawl.
