The House Intelligence Committee announced it is launching a investigation into whether the CIA kept Congress in the dark on a super-secret plan to assassinate al-Qaida leaders around the world. The democrats are alleging that Dick Cheney gave orders that the plan would not be revealed to Congress. The House Intelligence Committee is doing this for one reason and one reason only, to protect Nancy Pelosi who became an embarrassment when she accused the CIA of lying to her and other lawmakers about the use of enhanced interrogation techniques, such as waterboarding, and said she had only been informed of their use five months later.
I am outraged that our government is going to wast tax payer money and valuable time to convene a kangaroo court to try and put Dick Cheney’s head on a platter in order to protect the wretched Pelosi. The known facts are the program was devised but never developed so why on earth would Cheney or the CIA inform Congress? It was simply and idea formulated to create a team of assassins to hunt down the terrorists leaders and execute them. The House Intelligence Committee should be investigating why the program never got implemented! What a novel idea, hunt down the leaders of terrorists organizations and kill them before they can form plans to kill and harm our citizens.
This investigation stinks to high heaven and it is apparent the democrats will never lose their obsession for former President George Bush and former Vice President Dick Cheney. Democrats listen up! George Bush & Dick Cheney were presented with the unthinkable task of protecting our country from murderous filthy terrorists who sought the total destruction of our beloved country. You should be proud of these heroic men who did what Bill Clinton failed to do, hit our enemy in their den of evil!
