Between overspending and over regulation we have an Administration that is selectively enforcing the law. Every elected official is sworn to take an oath to defend the Constitution of the United States of America. I would say that Representative Stark just admitted to breaking that oath and should be impeached/recalled (if possible) from office. That’s just a start.
By denying to secure the border Obama is creating a National Security hole you could drive a Mac Truck through. Again the President is sworn to uphold the laws and constitution. He is further sworn to protect this country from all enemies both foreign and domestic.

If smugglers can bring in tons of marijuana and cocaine at one time and can smuggle 20 to 30 persons at one time, one can just imagine how easy it would be to bring in 2 to 3 terrorists or their weapons of mass destruction across the river and not be detected. Here are a few FBI statistics: 83% of warrants for murder in Phoenix are for illegal aliens; 75% of those on the most wanted list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens; 40.1% of all inmates in Arizona detention centers are Mexican nationals; 29% (630,000) convicted illegal alien felons fill our state and Federal prisons at a cost of $1.6 billion annually; 53% plus of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens; 71% plus of all apprehended cars stolen in 2005 in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California were stolen by Illegal aliens or “transport coyotes”; 63% of cited/stopped drivers in Arizona have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 63%, 97% are illegal aliens.
Now look at the dates in the above information. THE GOVERNMENT HAS KNOWN ABOUT THE THREAT BEFORE OBAMA EVEN TOOK OFFICE!! Yet securing the border has been a political football that everyone has kicked down the road in the name of political expediency. According to the Constitution the MAIN function of the Federal Government is to secure our borders. Ask yourself, have they done that?
I think it’s time that the American people call for the impeachment of Obama on the grounds of treason for not performing the basic tenant of the Constitution. For putting the American public at risk to promote his progressive amnesty which he is trying to implement without congressional approval through the USCIS. Amnesty by Presidential fiat! Again Constitution be damned!
This is no longer an issue about some poor people looking for the American dream. This is about inviting those who would do us harm to walk in the back door. All the while so Obama can hold the border hostage to pass immigration reform that will garner him and the Democratic Party a HUGE voter base.
While congress is worrying about “pot brownies”, fund raising, and the EPA about “farm dust” our enemies are plotting on our southern border.
“But Consti we can’t deport EVERY illegal alien in this country!” And to that I would say you don’t know your history and need an education about operation “wetback” in the 50’s when we did JUST that with only 700 immigration agents in the field.

The cover-up surrounding this story has reverberated throughout other federal law enforcement agencies. A recently retired ICE veteran, John Sakelarides had plenty to say about the latest U.S. incursion.

There is nothing immoral or unethical about deporting people who are in the United States illegally. They understand — or at least they used to understand — that was the game they were playing when they sneaked into the country.
They used to run when they heard that the immigration authorities were coming. I don’t think they run anymore.

Now ICE is detaining FEWER illegals than in 2009… hmm…
“Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 says:
“In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction.”
In other words, the Judge in the Arizona case has absolutely no Constitutional jurisdiction over the matter upon which she ruled. As the Constitution makes abundantly clear, only the U.S. Supreme Court can issue rulings that involve a state.
From Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, we find these words: “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”
No one who is actually familiar with the crisis at the southern border can deny that Arizona is endangered by the relentless assault of lawless Mexican invaders who ignore our laws, inundate our schools and medical facilities with unpaid bills, and even endanger the very lives of citizens with criminal drug cartels that engage in kidnapping, murder, human trafficking, and other mayhem, including aiming missile and grenade launchers directly at U.S. border cities from just across the Mexican border.
