Bush for President 2012?

by Erik the Red November 29, 2009

I am talking about John Ellis (aka Jeb) Bush. And frankly, I would be a fool to assume that he has no chance, and so would you. We have been spending so much energy talking about Sarah Palin and others that we seem to sometimes forget that there are only two years before the campaigning gets really [...]

Going Rogue… more like going for broke

by brunettebabe2012 November 28, 2009

Sarah Palin is shunning the big cities of America on her book tour…for shame!  It’s not like this book is going to end up on New York Times best-seller list.  The book and her political career are summed up in one saying by Andy Warhol.  Everyone gets their fifteen minutes of fame and hers is [...]

Just a Little Bit of History Repeating?

by Laura Bramble November 27, 2009

This was sent to me by a friend- “It was on this day in 1095 that Pope Urban II, while on a speaking tour in France, called for the first Crusade to recapture Jerusalem from the Turks. There was no imminent threat. Muslims had occupied Jerusalem for hundreds of years. But Urban II had noticed [...]

How does it feel?

by Consti Tution November 25, 2009

Consti here walking through the bunker’s eco-dome where I am studying the effects of artificial sunlight on environmental scientists. If I test it on the plants it would be cruel. Trees have feelings you know. In what arguably could be the news story of the decade the MSM as usual has ignored the story of [...]

Finally the HIV Ban Will Be Lifted

by William Wraspir November 23, 2009

On October 30th President Obama announced he will reverse a bill made 22 years ago banning any non U.S. citizens from entering the country if he or she has HIV/AIDS. The bill was in place in 1987 by the Department of Health and Human Services. The Bill was to be reversed by the department in [...]

Our Government’s Most Constant Success: Failure

by Erik the Red November 21, 2009

Whether our government is doing a good job or a bad job is often in the eye of the beholder. It’s strange how an institution whose “accomplish- ments” should be objectively analyzed and based on statistics but, instead, on a regular basis, is sub- jectively praised. I suppose the vocal supporters are often recipients of benefits and could possibly be [...]

Palin Nation

by B. Robert Kennedy November 19, 2009

Going Rogue is bound to be the stocking stuffer du jour this Christmas, both as a lame satirical gift and a seriously misguided present. For the vast majority of Americans, “Sarah Palin” (no matter what Fox News is trying to make you believe) can be the punchline to any number of jokes that I will [...]

Why are they afraid of Sarah Palin?

by Consti Tution November 19, 2009
Thumbnail image for Why are they afraid of Sarah Palin?

Consti here perusing through my back issues of Sports Illustrated swim suit editions in the bunker bathroom. (It’s a guy thing.) Now knowing the Buddhist teachings that “reality is perception” I have to ask myself why the liberals are so rabid about Sarah Palin. Why does the mere mention of her name elicit signs of BDS syndrome in them? The bunker medical staff is working on that now, updates to follow.

Warning: 2012 Presidential Election Spoiler

by Laura Bramble November 18, 2009

With the release of her book and the accompanying media blitz surrounding it, we are again barraged with ‘Sarah Palin for 2012′ speculation. While Sarah herself is playing coy and is firmly sitting on top of the fence, both the right and the left are talking about what a run would mean and how effective [...]
